There are many reasons for stoma, such as welding material itself, improper operation, environmental reasons, etc. In view of this, in order to effectively prevent this problem and realize welding, the shielding gas should be strengthened, the welding temperature should not be too high, and the gas and related requirements should be filled in strict accordance with the proportion to ensure that the purity of the filling meets the requirements. At the same time, pay attention to the environment around the welding site. If the wind speed at the construction site exceeds 8 meters per second, a windshield should be used for protection, and the ambient humidity should not be too high. In addition, annular flame heaters or medium frequency induction heaters can be used to ensure that the welding position remains dry.
- Non-fusion: During the welding process, the vertical welding position does not melt due to the incorrect grinding shape of the weld bead, the deviation of the welding seam or the unreasonable swing width of the welding torch. For this reason, the bead polishing operation should be as smooth as possible during the welding process. At the same time, before welding, the welding wire should be carefully observed to see if the swing width is correct. In addition, during the welding process, if there is a deviation between the weld pool and the center of the weld diameter, adjustments should be made in time to avoid the problem of non-fusion.
