- Replacement of circulating water and cleaning of water tank
Before the machine works, make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water. The water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. Therefore, the circulating water must be regularly replaced and the water tank cleaned. It is usually done once a week.
- Fan cleaning
Long-term use of the fan in the machine will cause a large amount of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, causing the fan to produce a lot of noise,
which is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, the fan must be cleaned.
- Cleaning of the lens
There are rearview mirrors and focusing rearview mirrors on the machine. The laser light is reflected and focused by these lenses, and then emitted from the laser head.
The lens is easily contaminated by dust or other contaminants, which can cause loss of laser light or damage to the lens. Therefore, the lenses must be cleaned every day.

During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the machined parts.
