There are many types of failures of sheet metal cnc hydraulic plate press brake bending machine. Today, we will briefly introduce several types of failures of Langdon machine tool, which are also the eight major failures we often encounter.
- If a function of the Press brake cannot be completed or the performance index exceeds the specified value, and it is caused by multiple independent faults, each independent fault is judged as a fault of the Press brake.
- When calculating the reliable discharge characteristic of the Press brake, only essential faults are included. But if the essential fault causes a subordinate fault, the category of the essential fault should be determined based on the more severe fault.
- Faults that cannot be determined as essential or subordinate faults are considered essential faults.
- The fault discovered during the inspection after the suspension or end of the shutdown detection or test is considered to occur at the moment of shutdown.
- Each fault of the Press brake shall be classified according to the associated fault or non associated fault, and the associated fault shall be counted. The non associated fault, such as misuse fault and dependent fault, shall not be counted. However, records should be kept during the experiment.
- Each fault with repeated faults should be included in the associated fault.
- The replacement of spare parts that have reached the specified service life and the damage caused by use beyond the specified service life are not included in the number of faults.
- If several functions of the Press brake cannot be completed or the performance index exceeds the specified limit, and the objective cannot prove that they are caused by the same reason, each item is judged as a fault of the Press brake. If it is caused by the same reason, only one fault of the Press brake will be judged.
